What is Space Gen?
It’s Not Rocket Science!
The Space Gen Program seeks to inspire Ghanaian educational institutions to integrate STEM, with a strong focus on space-related education, into their curricula. Through strategic partnerships with schools, workshops, and specialized programs, we provide a learning framework, teaching materials, instructors, kits, and practical resources to equip students with hands-on experience. By nurturing these skills, the program aims to position Ghana as a leader in STEM education in Africa.
Objectives of the Program:
- To foster a deep interest in mathematics, science, technology, engineering, and space.
- To nurture creativity, teamwork, and innovation through practical learning opportunities.
- To bridge the gap in STEM education across communities.
- To highlight viable career paths in technology and innovation for students.
