About Secure Her Future

Financial Security, and Fair Opportunities for All Women

Secure Her Future is a transformative initiative dedicated to building financial security, advocating for fairness, and equal opportunities for women across all walks of life. This project addresses the unique challenges faced by women in diverse fields, from traditional workplaces and blue-collar industries to small-scale entrepreneurship and informal sectors.

We’re advocating for structural changes to advance income security, and career development for all women—whether they’re starting their first job, running a small business, or navigating a male-dominated industry.

Project Objectives:

  • Advocate for equal pay and transparent compensation practices across all industries
  • Provide women with access to financial literacy programs, retirement planning, and tailored funding resources, supporting long-term financial independence for employees and entrepreneurs alike.
  • Promote policies that ensure respectful, harassment-free workplaces and safeguard women’s rights across diverse work environments, from corporate settings to trades.
  • Facilitate training, mentorship, and networking programs to help women advance in traditionally male-dominated fields and build sustainable businesses
  • Campaign to end ‘Invisible Labor’. Women should be paid for their activities that take planning, skill, experience, knowledge, physical action and mental agility – but somehow isn’t considered work.
